Carlos, the owner and operator of Bautillo Design, brings over a decade of experience in the residential outdoor construction industry. Having worked in every field and step of the Swimming Pool construction process, Hardscaping & Landscaping. Carlos is also a certified pool and spa building professional by the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance and the Designer who’ll bring your ideas to life.
